This hub page publishes the complete Rules & Integrity documents in one place, presented 1:1 one after another for clarity and auditability.
These rules define the operation, integrity safeguards, and limitations of the WONNLY creator performance index. WONNLY is a statistical and informational index — not a contest, competition, league, lottery, or promotional program. It observes and contextualizes publicly observable performance signals and community response without offering prizes, rewards, or outcomes of legal or financial consequence.
WONNLY is a selective index. It does not operate as an open sign-up contest. Inclusion depends on eligibility criteria and observable activity during the evaluation window.
Inclusion in the index is observational only and does not constitute participation, entry, or application. Creators do not submit content to WONNLY, do not agree to compete, and are not required to take any action to be measured by the index.
WONNLY may exclude accounts that appear impersonating, artificially inflated, or otherwise unreliable for measurement.
Regulated community signals ("voting") function solely as a contextual input reflecting audience interest. Voting does not determine rankings, does not select winners, and does not create competitive outcomes. Votes have no monetary value, carry no consideration, and do not entitle users or creators to rewards.
WONNLY may algorithmically adjust, discount, ignore, or retroactively invalidate votes to protect index integrity. The existence of voting does not imply equal weighting, guaranteed influence, or transparency of internal calculations.
WONNLY may reference live events or co-appearances (often called “battles”) as part of observing performance. WONNLY does not declare winners, score matches, or issue outcomes for events.
References to live events are descriptive only and rely exclusively on publicly observable information. WONNLY does not access private platform data, does not influence in-platform mechanics, and does not encourage behavior that violates platform terms of service.
WONNLY may apply integrity safeguards when risks are detected (e.g., manipulation, impersonation, data anomalies). These safeguards exist to protect creators and users and to preserve index credibility.
Integrity actions are discretionary, non-punitive, and applied solely for measurement reliability. WONNLY is not required to provide individualized explanations, evidence disclosures, or appeal mechanisms for index inclusion decisions.
Actions are applied to index inclusion and signals. WONNLY does not adjudicate external platform events.
The following may result in removal from the index or reduced visibility:
WONNLY is an independent analytical service and is not endorsed, sponsored, administered, or officially affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd, or any other social media platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
WONNLY operates solely on publicly available information and does not access private, restricted, or non-public data. The index does not influence platform algorithms, monetization, enforcement actions, or creator standing on any third-party service.
Methodology governance, index rules, and integrity standards are maintained by AtomPillar Holdings Ltd (United Kingdom). The index is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, financial, or legal advice.
These rules may evolve over time to reflect new integrity risks and new supported platforms. Core principles remain unchanged: performance-first measurement, integrity safeguards, and independence.
Updates may apply prospectively or retroactively where required to preserve index accuracy or integrity.
This policy explains how WONNLY content may be referenced and what use is restricted. It is designed to protect index integrity while allowing fair editorial reference and commentary.
WONNLY owns its original site content and presentation, including branding, UI/UX layout, original copy, and the compilation and arrangement of index pages (to the extent protectable by law). WONNLY also owns its non-public scoring methods, integrity safeguards, and the way those are expressed on the site.
The WONNLY Performance Index™ outputs (including rankings, placements, badges, titles, labels, and historical snapshots as presented by WONNLY) are part of WONNLY’s proprietary system and presentation layer.
WONNLY does not claim ownership of third-party platform content, creator content, or underlying public facts. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Unless you have prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, mirror, redistribute, commercially exploit, or automatically extract substantial parts of WONNLY pages, index outputs, or presentation.
Limited manual viewing and ordinary browsing are allowed. Automated extraction, reproduction, or redistribution that substitutes for the site is not.
You may not bypass or attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, robots directives, or other measures used to protect the site and its integrity.
Short editorial references for commentary or reporting may be permitted when all conditions below are met:
WONNLY may reference third-party platforms and creator handles for identification and context. Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation.
Media outlets, agencies, platforms, and commercial partners may request licensing or permitted usage through official channels. Rights holders (or creators) may also request removal of misleading identity references, unauthorized images, or rights-infringing content.
Include the intended use (or URLs for removal), scope, duration, distribution, and supporting verification where relevant.
Governance standards for index integrity are defined by AtomPillar Holdings Ltd (United Kingdom). This governance does not imply affiliation with any external platform.
WONNLY may restrict access, issue takedown requests, and pursue legal remedies where prohibited use is identified. Nothing in this policy waives WONNLY’s rights or remedies.
This policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
This policy may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the current policy.
