Official rules

Index Rules & Integrity

These rules define the operation, integrity safeguards, and limitations of the WONNLY creator performance index. WONNLY is a statistical and informational index — not a contest, competition, league, lottery, or promotional program. It observes and contextualizes publicly observable performance signals and community response without offering prizes, rewards, or outcomes of legal or financial consequence.

1

Core principles

  • Performance over purchase. Creator rank is not influenced by gifts or paid support.
  • Consistency over spikes. One viral moment is contextualized against sustained execution.
  • Integrity over volume. Index inclusion and signals may be reviewed to reduce manipulation.
  • Transparency without exploitability. Principles are published; exact weighting is protected to reduce abuse.
  • No guaranteed outcomes. Inclusion, visibility, or relative position in the index does not create expectations, entitlements, or contractual rights for creators or users.
2

Eligibility & inclusion

WONNLY is a selective index. It does not operate as an open sign-up contest. Inclusion depends on eligibility criteria and observable activity during the evaluation window.

Inclusion in the index is observational only and does not constitute participation, entry, or application. Creators do not submit content to WONNLY, do not agree to compete, and are not required to take any action to be measured by the index.

General eligibility (high-level)
  • • Creators must be active on the supported source platform during the evaluation window.
  • • Creators are evaluated within the same country index for the relevant period.
  • • Eligibility may require minimum activity thresholds and integrity screening.
  • • A Top-10 external qualification layer may apply (see “How we rank”).

WONNLY may exclude accounts that appear impersonating, artificially inflated, or otherwise unreliable for measurement.

3

Regulated community signals (voting)

Regulated community signals ("voting") function solely as a contextual input reflecting audience interest. Voting does not determine rankings, does not select winners, and does not create competitive outcomes. Votes have no monetary value, carry no consideration, and do not entitle users or creators to rewards.

Voting limits
  • • Each user can cast up to two votes per week.
  • • Votes must be for different creators within the same country index.
  • • Voting may be discounted or removed if abuse is detected.

WONNLY may algorithmically adjust, discount, ignore, or retroactively invalidate votes to protect index integrity. The existence of voting does not imply equal weighting, guaranteed influence, or transparency of internal calculations.

4

Live events and co-appearances

WONNLY may reference live events or co-appearances (often called “battles”) as part of observing performance. WONNLY does not declare winners, score matches, or issue outcomes for events.

References to live events are descriptive only and rely exclusively on publicly observable information. WONNLY does not access private platform data, does not influence in-platform mechanics, and does not encourage behavior that violates platform terms of service.

What WONNLY does not do
  • • No match results, winners, or “official outcomes” are issued by WONNLY.
  • • No prizes or winnings are distributed by WONNLY.
  • • No creator rank is purchasable via gifts or paid support.
5

Integrity checks and index actions

WONNLY may apply integrity safeguards when risks are detected (e.g., manipulation, impersonation, data anomalies). These safeguards exist to protect creators and users and to preserve index credibility.

Possible actions (non-exhaustive)
  • Published: entry appears normally in the index for the period.
  • Flagged: signals are under review for integrity checks.
  • Limited: reduced visibility or reduced signal weight where reliability is uncertain.
  • Removed: excluded from the index where the entry cannot be measured with sufficient confidence.

Integrity actions are discretionary, non-punitive, and applied solely for measurement reliability. WONNLY is not required to provide individualized explanations, evidence disclosures, or appeal mechanisms for index inclusion decisions.

Actions are applied to index inclusion and signals. WONNLY does not adjudicate external platform events.

6

Abuse, impersonation and prohibited behavior

The following may result in removal from the index or reduced visibility:

Examples (non-exhaustive)
  • • Impersonation or deceptive identity representation.
  • • Coordinated manipulation attempts (voting abuse, scripted engagement, fraud).
  • • Harassment, hate, targeted abuse, or doxxing behavior.
  • • Attempts to mislead users with scams, fake giveaways, or off-platform fraud.
  • • Artificial amplification through bots, engagement pods, purchased interactions, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
7

Independence, governance and disclaimer

WONNLY is an independent analytical service and is not endorsed, sponsored, administered, or officially affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd, or any other social media platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

WONNLY operates solely on publicly available information and does not access private, restricted, or non-public data. The index does not influence platform algorithms, monetization, enforcement actions, or creator standing on any third-party service.

8

Updates

These rules may evolve over time to reflect new integrity risks and new supported platforms. Core principles remain unchanged: performance-first measurement, integrity safeguards, and independence.

Updates may apply prospectively or retroactively where required to preserve index accuracy or integrity.
