How It Works
How we rank, methodology, and partners — presented as published.
How WONNLY ranks live creators
WONNLY is an independent creator performance index. We measure live execution and audience response using a composite of public platform performance and WONNLY’s own qualitative signals. Gifts do not affect creator rank.
What WONNLY is (index, not a leaderboard)
WONNLY publishes rankings as an informational performance index. All placements, badges, and historical snapshots are generated by the WONNLY Performance Index™, a proprietary evaluation system designed to measure live creator performance in a manipulation-resistant way.
WONNLY does not run contests, brackets, tournaments, or prize competitions. Rankings are informational and are not “outcomes” of third-party live events.
What WONNLY measures (performance-first)
WONNLY evaluates live performance using a multi-signal view designed to reward sustained execution rather than short-term hype. Signals may include observable engagement patterns and qualitative indicators that reflect live presence, retention, and consistency.
- • Live presence and room leadership
- • Audience retention and attention stability
- • Creative execution and adaptability
- • Consistency across the evaluation window
- • Regulated community response (where enabled)
Exact formulas, thresholds, and weighting are not publicly disclosed. This protects integrity, reduces gaming, and helps prevent reverse-engineering.
What WONNLY does not measure (anti pay-to-win)
The Index is designed to avoid “pay-to-win” interpretation and to reduce manipulation. Certain signals may be excluded or de-emphasized where they create distorted incentives.
- • Pure gifting volume as a direct ranking output
- • One-time spikes without sustained performance context
- • Coordinated or inorganic engagement
- • Unverifiable signals
Weekly window: last 7 days
Each index update reflects performance over the last 7 days. Short-term spikes are contextualized so sustained quality is rewarded more than one-off moments. Updates publish weekly to reflect current form.
Eligibility: external qualification layer
WONNLY is a selective index. Not every account is included by default. In many cases, a creator must first meet an external qualification threshold (for example, appearing within a Top 10 set for a country on a supported source platform during that week).
- • Eligible creators must be active during the evaluation window
- • Creators are assessed within country/region cohorts for comparability
- • Engagement must appear organic (integrity screening applies)
The external layer is used to define a comparable candidate set. WONNLY then applies its internal methodology to publish index placement.
Internal index signals (two-layer model)
WONNLY combines two categories of inputs:
- • External qualification & context (approximately 50%): a baseline candidate set and public performance context from supported platforms.
- • WONNLY qualitative index signals (approximately 50%): performance indicators measured under the WONNLY methodology (e.g., retention and consistency signals, regulated community response, and integrity-screened engagement patterns).
“Approximately” reflects that weights may vary to preserve comparability across countries and to mitigate manipulation. Detailed weights are not disclosed.
Audience voting: supporting signal only
Audience participation is intentionally limited. Votes are treated as a supporting signal and cannot override overall index evaluation. Votes may be discounted or removed when abuse is detected.
- • Up to two votes per user per week
- • Votes must be for different creators within the same country index
- • Voting does not guarantee placement and does not decide outcomes
Gifts and paid support (separated)
WONNLY does not rank creators by gifts, diamonds, or paid support volume. Creator rank is not purchasable.
If supporter activity is displayed, it may appear as a separate supporter/gifter ranking that is clearly separated from creator rankings.
Gifts are voluntary digital support and do not guarantee ranking, visibility, outcomes, or rewards.
Integrity safeguards, review, and corrections
Index updates may be subject to automated and/or manual checks to protect users and creators from impersonation, coordinated manipulation, and anomalous activity.
- • Coordinated manipulation attempts (including vote abuse)
- • Obvious anomalies or suspicious patterns
- • Entries that cannot be measured with reasonable confidence
Published updates represent the index for that period under the rules. Where clear integrity issues are identified, entries may be limited or removed.
Proprietary system and licensing
The WONNLY Performance Index™ (including index results, badges, titles, terminology, and presentation) is proprietary intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, mirror, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit WONNLY index outputs without prior written permission.
- • Editorial reference is allowed only in limited, non-misleading form with clear source attribution
- • Republishing index tables as a competing product is not permitted
- • Automated scraping or mirroring may result in access restrictions and takedown requests
Commercial usage, embeds, badges, and data access are available via licensing.

WONNLY Performance Index™ methodology
WONNLY is an independent creator performance index. Our weekly index updates recognize live execution and audience response using a combination of an external qualification layer and WONNLY’s internal qualitative signals. Gifts and paid support do not influence creator rank. WONNLY does not host streams and does not claim affiliation with any platform.

Selective Partnerships
WONNLY works with a limited number of partners for brand-safe placements, editorial showcases, and licensed usage. Partnerships are separate from index methodology and do not influence creator rankings, index inclusion, or integrity actions.
What WONNLY is (and what it is not)
WONNLY is an independent creator performance index. It provides discovery, context, and seasonal summaries based on published principles and integrity safeguards.
WONNLY is not a tournament operator and does not declare match outcomes or winners for external-platform live events.
Why partner with WONNLY
- • Context, not interruption. Brand placements are designed to be minimal, relevant, and non-disruptive.
- • Brand safety by design. Clear rules, integrity safeguards, and removal controls protect partners.
- • Independence-first. Commercial relationships do not influence ranking methodology or creator placement.
Partnership options (examples)
Association with seasonal summaries and archive pages, with controlled, brand-safe placement.
Featured placement within the Global Showcase (editorial highlight layer), subject to brand-safety constraints.
Support descriptive labels or UI elements that do not affect ranking or index inclusion.
Rights-cleared usage of selected WONNLY assets for media, agencies, or platforms (subject to approval).
Partnership options may change over time. All placements are subject to independence and integrity safeguards.
Brand safety & non-negotiables
Partnerships cannot influence creator rank, index inclusion, or integrity actions. WONNLY does not sell rank, does not accept paid influence over methodology, and does not publish outcomes of external platform events.
- • No paid influence over rankings, inclusion, or integrity review
- • No “winner” claims or outcome-based marketing phrasing tied to WONNLY
- • No deceptive placement that could mislead users about affiliation with third-party platforms
How we work
- • Alignment check (brand fit and category constraints)
- • Scope definition (seasonal / showcase / licensed usage)
- • Placement plan (controlled, minimal, premium)
- • Post-campaign summary (visibility and engagement overview, where available)
Any reporting is informational and may rely on aggregated site metrics. It does not imply platform-level analytics access.
